Setting Up Your Store

Click the ‘Administration’ button on the top tool bar.

Click the ‘Store Management’ icon in the middle of the screen.

Fill out the Company Information tab and continue though the rest of the tabs listed on this page.

On the store information tab you can right click to load a company logo. Don’t change your Alpha Pawn Identification Number.

Use this screen to make vault deposits or withdraws.

One of the things you will find on this tab is cost to retail percentage. This will help you price items by marking them up by the percentage you set (this can always be changed later if you don’t like the default price for a specific item). The Additional Fee is there for you to use if AlphaPawn doesn’t have a specific fee that you use (example in screen shot is a contract fee).

Once you have the loans setup continue to move down the tabs on the left hand side to fill in the information for layaways, purchases, and sales.
